The conditions of reservation and cancellation described here are applicable to reservations made directly with the hostel through its own channels (telephone, web, email…).
Bookings made through external operators may have their own conditions different from those of the hostel and are foreign to it.
As a rule, the time of entry is set at 15:00 and the time limit for departure at 12:00.

The deadline for check-in will be 23:00 on working days and 23:30 on weekends and holidays. In any other case, confirmation by phone will be necessary.


All reservations must be PAID at the time of being made by credit card providing the number, the expiration date and the CVC code (On the back of your credit card there are 3 digits that are not part of the card number ) or failing that, by bank transfer for the TOTAL amount.
Admission must be made within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the date of making the reservation.
Once the necessary data for the formalization of the reservation have been provided, it will be confirmed by fax, email or whatsapp. If the receipt of the transfer is not received within the aforementioned period of 72 hours, the reservation is automatically canceled.

Reservations are guaranteed until 20:00 on the day of entry.
From that time onwards, if the hostel has not received any communication from the client, it will consider him/her as “not presented” and will proceed to cancel the reservation.
In case of bookings of 3 rooms or more, the hotel can ask for a security deposit of 25% of the total of the reservation non refundable.


To make the reservation the hotel will ask for a credit card number as a guarantee, but will not make any charge in the same except in the case of cancellation by the customer and according to the following conditions:


Cancellations made up to one week before arrival do not entail a penalty.
For cancellations made within one week prior to the date of entry, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night.
If the client “does not show up” the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night and the reservation will be cancelled.
In the case of “early departure” the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to one night in addition to those already enjoyed.


The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation of the booking, and will not be refundable due to cancellation, non-presentation or early departure.


The hostel reserves the right to set periods or tariff days in its calendar subject to special booking and cancellation conditions.
